On June 03, “Grand Conference on the Application and Innovation of Annoroad’s Gene Sequencing and Technology & Launch Conference on New Single-cell Library and Hi-C Library Sequencing Product Based on DNBSEQ-T7 Platform” was jointly held by Annoroad Gene Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Annoroad”) and MGI Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “MGI”) in Beijing. Dozens of experts and scholars from enterprises in the field of gene sequencing, domestic colleges and universities and hospitals attended on-site conference and jointly discussed the new technologies and breakthroughs in the field of gene sequencing.

During conference report phase, Annoroad showcased new single-cell library and Hi-C library sequencing product and other new products as well as actually measured data successfully developed based on DNBSEQ-T7 platform. According to the introduction, single-cell library and Hi-C library based on DNBSEQ-T7 platform have made breakthroughs in both accuracy and cost, realizing the following breakthroughs: the consistency of the inter-platform gene expression results in single-cell library exceeded 0.99; the valid reads ratio of the data in Hi-C library reached 90%; the reads mapping ratio of the data in single-cell library exceeded 95%, and the average single-cell transcriptomics sequencing cost of 10x Genomics 3’ based on DNBSEQ-T7 platform was less than 1 yuan. Annoroad believed that these two new technologies would play a greater role in the research on life science and medical research. In the future, Annoroad will also carry out more application and development on DNBSEQ-T7 platform. Before the report phase came to an end, Annoroad also launched a platform application initiative and hoped that all the parties would jointly promote the development and application of new platforms, to enable gene sequencing industry to develop.
