This software is designed for use in conjunction with the Kit and the high-throughput sequencer. It performs computational analysis on genomic DNA extracted from amniotic fluid cells of pregnant women to accurately diagnose aneuploidies of chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X, and Y, as well as the 15q11.2-q13 microdeletion.
