10x Genomics Single-cell Immunolibrary Sequencing
Brief

Annoroad Genome's 10x Genomics automated cell sorting platform based on microfluidic technology enables reverse transcription and amplification of single cell 5' transcripts, and simultaneous preparation of single cell 5' transcriptome library and immune library V(D)J library. The 10x Genomics platform enables automatic sorting of up to 80,000 cells in 7 minutes. Each GEM contains a single cell and reverse transcription reaction system, which can simultaneously obtain single cell 5 'gene expression data and TCR/BCR V(D)J rearrangement information, in-depth study of the complexity of cellular immune response, so that it has a wide application prospect in immunology and immuno-oncology.
