10x Genomics ATAC Sequencing
Brief

10x Genomics single-cell ATAC sequencing products integrate microfluidic single-cell capture technology with traditional ATAC sequencing principles. It is mainly used to explore epigenetic regulation, to map open chromatin regions, and to explore which genes are likely to be transcribed. Research information is located upstream of the single-cell transcriptome of 10x Genomics and is often used in conjunction with it. The samples are divided into two portions, one for 10x Genomics single-cell transcriptome and the other for 10x Genomics single-cell ATAC, and a third-party software is used for data collation.
